Issue Tab allows users to access and create 2D viewer based RFI's that obtain more information when there are insufficient details in the drawing sheet. RFI can be created as well as elevated from the created Issues. Follow the below step to access 2D viewer based RFIs,


  1. After clicking the specific drawing sheet, select the RFI tab to access all RFIs related to the loaded version of the drawing sheet

Manage 2D Viewer based RFI

  1. Click on the Specific RFI to view its details, which has been divided into various sections such as Overview, Comments, and History. Click on the same issue again to return to the main page

    1. Overview - Display the general informations and can add reference documents through attachments option
    2. Comments - Display the user comments about respective RFI
    3. History - Display the activities of the respective RFI
  1. To update the RFI details, click on the Update button from the overview section

  1. Click on the Filter icon to quickly find or narrow down RFIs based on specific criteria such as Sort by, RFI Type, Sub-RFI Type, Status, Priority, Assignee, and Date range
