Files is a cloud-based central repository where all relevant documents from the project are accessed, managed, and tracked in a single source of truth. This provides a secure and collaborative platform with comprehensive permission controls and customizable workflows, allowing users to tailor the document process throughout the project life cycle, streamline communication, and enhance collaboration among various stakeholders involved in a project.


File module will be accessed from the project, including its associated teams or from a specific team. Following modules are available to the user to enhance collaboration and achieve project delivery easier


  • Documents Management - Easily manage project documents within a centralized source, supporting primary formats such as Docs, PPT, Spreadsheet, PDF, and more
  • Drawings Management - Manage project-related engineering drawing sheets in one location, sourced both from the Revit application and local storage
  • Content Management - Manage project assets and imported Global Content assets, organizing them by libraries or by categories for easy viewing
  • Design Management  - Manage project models uploaded from native design software and stored locally, supporting a wide range of design formats such as DWG, IFC, RVT and more
