Document Management
Document management module allows users to create, maintain and modify project documents within a centralized location, accessible anywhere and anytime.
Document Folder Structures
The flexible Document modules provides following root directories which enhance an organized document folder structures,
- Pre-configured folders - Folders will be created according to the project and its teams creation. Users can create sub folders under the team levels. If a Team is deleted, the respective folder and its associated file will also be removed
- Asset Attachment - Folders will be created based on the project assets and imported global Content assets that have attachments. Users can access and manage these attachment documents from the document module
- Custom Folders - Users have flexibility to establish a custom folder structure under the Custom Folders root directory
