Status is steps involved in a workflow to mark the progress. By default, the defined status such as Open, Started, and Completed are assigned with a category such as Backlog, In-Process, and Done. Users can add new status in each category and later assign it in the workflow. Follow the steps to create a new status,


  1. Select Hub from the side Navigation and choose the desired Hub from the listed Hubs

  1. Select the Status option and click on the Add button (on Top Right)

  1. Enter the Mandatory Fields which will be marked with “*”, and click on the Add button to complete the process.

  1. On successful creation, an option to make the status as "default" can be done by clicking on the Default option from the respective status.

  1. To delete the existing status, click on the Delete button from the respective status

Notes: 

    • While creating the Status, the color code can be random, but users can customize it based on their needs
    • An option to set status as a default set during the status creation
    • During the workflow creation, the status that is set as default will be shown on the workflow board based on the category
    • Once the Status is assigned to the existing project workflow or set to Default, it becomes non-deletable
