Workflow
Workflow controls the flow of steps involved in the project that defines the systematic flow of Issues, Documents, RFIs, and Clashes from the beginning towards the completion process, ensuring that they reach each stage.
By default, the simple workflow is configured with read-only access. Users can duplicate it and update or create a new workflow that to be used across projects based on preference.
Creating an Issue Workflow
By default, system defined Issue workflow are available to the user. Users can create/duplicate workflow to be used across projects based on preference. Follow the below step to create an Issue workflow,
- Select Hub from the side Navigation and choose the desired Hub from the listed Hubs

- Select Workflow > Issue Scheme option and click on the Add button (on Top Right)

- Click on status to enable the "Add" icon for adding new status and the "Edit" icon for editing the existing status. To add status, click on the "

- By enabling status owner, only the selected assignee can move the status or else anyone can move who has permission of status transition and click on the Create button to complete the status creation process

- To delete the existing status, click on the particular status and click on the "
" icon

- To add a transition, click on the triangle icon from the status and choose another status to be executed

- To remove a transition, choose the particular transition and click on "

- Once a workflow is set up, fill out the Mandatory Fields which will be marked with “*” and click on the Create button

- On successful creation, an option to make the workflow as "default" can be done by clicking on the Default option from the respective workflow.

- To delete the existing workflow, click on the Delete button from the respective workflow

Notes:
- By default, the status owner is disabled, which means the user who has permission of status transition can change the Status.
- Once the workflow is assigned to the project, it become a non-deletable
- Creation of Workflow for Issue, Document, Markup, RFI, and Clash will be same procedure
