Standalone RFI is not connected to any module-based RFI. These types of RFI can be general/common queries faced within the project. Follow the below steps to create a standalone RFI,


  1. Click on the Manage RFI option under the Enginero tab from the ribbon panel

  1. Displays the RFIs related to the model opened in SolidWorks. Click on the Create button to create a standalone issue

  1. Enter the Mandatory Fields which will be marked with “*”, and click on the Create button to complete the process

  1. After the RFI is created, an acknowledgement message will be displayed
