The Element Based Issue is an issue related to model elements. Users can create an Element Based Issue using two methods,


Creating an Element Based Issue using Issue Tab

Follow the below steps to create an element based issue,


  1. Select Projects from the side Navigation bar and choose the required Project

Choose the required Project

  1. Select Model Viewer module in the inner side Navigation and select the desired models from the directory to load them into the viewer by clicking directly on the Load button or choosing a preferred Viewer option from the drop-down

Loading a Model

  1. Once the model is loaded, click on the Issue tab to view all the issues related to the loaded model

  1. Select the element from the viewer which has an element issue and click on the Create Issue (“+”) icon

  1. Enter the Mandatory Fields which will be marked with “*”, and click on the Create button to complete the process

Follow the below steps to create an element based issue,

  1. Select the Hierarchy tab and choose the element from the hierarchical structure that has an element issue
