Schedule Export automates the exporting of reports at a predefined intervals. These intervals are usually planned in advance to provide specific metric data at regular frequencies, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time frames based on user preference. It delivers the reports to recipients via email. 


Follow the steps below to schedule the export,


  1. After displaying the metric information on the report page, click on the Schedule Export button

  1. Here users can configure a following details for set up the scheduled export,

    1. Metrics - Configure the necessary metrics details using the Group By, Column, and Filter By options, which are to be exported
    2. Report Type - Choose the desired file formats from the dropdown that will be shown based on report module such as BOQs, Issues, RFIs and Clashes.
    3. Period (Only Once) - For scheduling any one specific period, select the data and time
    4. Period (Custom) - For scheduling at regular intervals, following ways are available to the users to configure,
      1. By Weekly - Choose the respective days from the list, add time and enter the End date 
      2. By Monthly - Choose either of the three options; the last day of the month, a specific date, or a particular day within the month and enter the End date
      3. By Yearly - Select the End year and choose either of a specific day within a selected month of a year, or a single day in different months within a defined range of years
    5. Email - Select the recipients to whom the report should be emailed. Recipients can be selected by roles and users as per preference
    6. Description - Provide a description for the report. By default, there will be a predefined description
  1. After configuring the scheduler, click on the Schedule button to complete the process

  1. After successfully scheduling the export, recipients will receive reports through an email according to the scheduled period
  2. Click on the Schedule List button to view the list of scheduled exports where users can modify and delete the scheduled exports

    • Configuration of schedule export is common for all report modules such as BOQs, Issues, RFIs and Clashes
