Notification provides an automated message designed to alert users when project related actions are performed by users who have permission. 

In this module, users have the flexibility to personalize the notifications according to their preferences. Follow the below steps to customize the notifications,


  1. Click on the My profile & settings icon from the side navigation bar and click on the Account settings option

  1. Select Notifications module to customize the notifications as per the user requirement

  1. Users can customize notifications through any of the three provided options as specified below,
    1. Allow all activity to be notified - By enabling this option, users get notified for all the actions to which they got assigned
    2. Allow only mentions and assigned to me notifications - Enabling this option ensures that users receive notifications only for specific actions/activities to which they have been directly assigned
    3. Custom Notifications - By enabling this option, users can customize the notifications for actions they got assigned as a recipient in the project.
  2. Users have two different modes to receive notifications,
    1. Application - By enabling this toggle, users will get notified through the Notification tab available at the side navigation bar
    2. Email - By enabling this toggle, users will get notified through their email given to Enginero while creating user account
  3. Once the changes have been made, click on the Update button
