Company Manager Role

Companies can also be termed as external project members who are not part of the Hub but are associated with a project and also deemed to be service providers for the projects. Following actions can be performed by a Company Manager.


  • Company Manager is responsible for adding Company users within the system
  • Company Manager can edit Company details (Information)
  • Company Manager can manage their Companies
  • Company Manager cannot be involved directly in the projects

Creating a Company Manager

Follow the below steps to create a Company Manager.

While the company is being created, the company manager will also be created. follow the below steps to create a company manager

  1. Select Company from the side navigation and click on the Create Company button (on Top Right)

  1. Enter the Mandatory Fields which will be marked with “*”, and click on the Create Company button to complete the process.

  1. On successful creation, a link will be sent to the user’s mail to activate the account

    • Companies can be termed as third-party organization who will contribute to assisting a part of work in the project
