By default, Enginero provides system-defined roles that effectively perform administrative duties. The system defined Admin roles as follows:

  • Super Admin holds complete authority over entire Enginero
  • Site Admin manages the site as a whole and holds almost the same authority as the “Super Admin” except they cannot create another fellow site admin.
  • Hub Admin holds complete authority over the respective Hub and its subsequent projects
  • Project Admin holds complete authority over the respective Project and its subsequent Teams
  • Document Admin holds the complete authority of the document management system within a respective project
  • Company Manager holds the responsible for managing the users in the specific Company and can create users for the same

Notes:

    • “Super Admin” is a system-defined role that is commissioned by default during the initial setup. To delegate the administrative responsibilities, the admin can assign a Site Administrator who can emulate almost all the activities as a Super Admin.

Default Configurations

  • Administrator Roles – On entering the Enginero environment, as an out of box configuration, the Site would have fixed admin roles such as Site Administrators, Hub Administrators, and Company Manager.
  • Project Roles – The roles of Project Administrator and Document Administrator are termed as system defined roles and cannot be removed from the roles list.
